I wanted to say thank you for signing the book from the Rittal Corporation National Conference. LTC Bobby Cain brought me the copy back as a Thank you for recommending you as a speaker for their conference. This book was "very refreshing" and it gave me some much needed direction on my leadership style and work ethic since I retired just 3 years ago.

As you know going from 1000mph working with guys like "Ditto" and the boys of B squadron for many years is very different then when I switched gears to work as an Army Civilian. I have
questioned my leadership style but after reading the book it just confirmed why I continue to lead & push people in the "right direction". Thanks!
